Team Confidentiality Acknowledgment

For employees or contractors granted access to a client Brain installation.

You agree to:

• Keep the Brain system's architecture, automation logic, system prompts, and design patterns confidential
• Use the Brain only for the business operations of the company named below
• Not copy, screenshot, or distribute any system prompts, automation code, or AI officer configurations
• Not share Brain access credentials with anyone outside the team
• Not use the Brain architecture as a basis for building any competing product or service

You may:

• Use all Brain features for the business named below
• Add content, update data, and interact with all Brain outputs
• Share outputs (blog posts, reports, action items) as your company's work product

These obligations survive your departure from the company named below for a period of 5 years, except for trade secrets which are protected for as long as they remain trade secrets under Florida law.

Full terms are in the Sprint NDA and Brain Acceptable Use Agreement signed by your employer or client.
