Private business performance coaching

You built a business that works. Every decision that matters still comes back to you.

Private coaching for owners working through consequential decisions about sales, hiring, money, systems and their own role in the company.

This is usually what the first conversation is about

  • Sales are happening, and you cannot say where the next level actually comes from.
  • You are about to hire and cannot tell whether you need capacity, management or a better process first.
  • Revenue looks healthy and the business is consuming more of you, not less.
  • Your team can execute, and the decisions that matter still wait for you.

If you recognised one of those, that is the conversation.

Why Anthony is useful in those conversations

  • 100+ people

Anthony helped build and scale the operations of a firm from a small team to more than a hundred people across two countries, eventually as vice president.

  • The collisions

Sales, hiring, finance, systems and a second country, in the same business at the same time. Those decisions land on each other, which is the part most advice leaves out.

  • Inc. 5000

The firm was later named to the Inc. 5000.

  • Still building

He runs his own businesses on an operating system he built, with more than a hundred scheduled automations and dozens of agents. He is in the work, not describing it from memory.

More about Anthony

What working together actually does

You get an outside person with operating experience who knows your business well enough to be useful on the second call and on the fortieth.

We look at consequential decisions before you act on them, and again afterwards, when the result is visible and the next decision depends on it. A hire changes cost and capacity. A pay change changes expectations. A new system changes who owns what. Those consequences arrive in sequence, and they are easier to work through with someone who remembers the last three.

You work directly with Anthony. There is no associate coach, no cohort and no curriculum.

How the coaching works

You’re thinking about hiring. What would the person actually take on?

We can look at what work is waiting, what it costs you now and what the new person would need to take responsibility for. You may need the hire. You may find that something else needs to change first. That’s something we’ll work through before you commit.

We’re also building this company with AI.

Which means we’re working through the same question you are: what should the technology own, what should a person own, and what still needs a person’s judgment. What we learn goes into the work, not into a software pitch.

We want this company to grow, serve people well and leave room for a life outside it. We’re working through what that requires, rather than treating the technology as the answer.
