The Work

What you're actually trusting.

No vanity metrics. Here's who you're working with, what happens when we work together, and the honest answers to what founders ask before they start.

Anthony Spitaleri
Who you're trusting

I've already built the things you're stuck inside.

Scaled a firm 5 to 100+

Built the sales department, KPI and OKR systems, hiring and grading frameworks, and the leadership structure that let a professional services firm scale across two countries. Served as CFO.

Built an offshore team

Founded a BPO operation in Mexico from the ground up to lower overhead and scale headcount. The kind of build most founders only talk about.

Migrated the tech stack

Built the firm's phone system, then migrated the whole thing to Amazon Connect on AWS with multilingual call flows and automations. Led a full Salesforce implementation.

The systems still run it

I left, and the company kept running on what I built. A business that runs without its founder isn't a theory I teach. I've already built one.

What happens when we work together

The first 90 days, every time.

We find the phase

The Phase Check tells us where the business is stuck. We name the one block that matters before anything else.

You build the system

One system that takes you out of a seat you shouldn't be in. You build it. I coach it to done, with the questions nobody else asks you.

It holds without you

Scorecard at day 45, phase plan at day 90. The point isn't a better week. It's a business that runs when you step back.

Honest answers

What founders ask first.

Do you build it for me?

No. You build it, I coach it to done. I'm the accountability and the questions, not a contractor. The work has to live in your business, run by your people, or it isn't real.

Is this just another course or group program?

No. It's a live roster, coached personally, every cycle. The coach you watch is the coach you get. Most coaching brands are staffed funnels. This isn't one.

What size business is this for?

Founders and operators between $200K and $700K with a proven model who can't step away from it. If the business can't run without you, that's the problem I work on.

Weekly or biweekly?

Partnership is two sessions a month with the full system built around it. Operator is four a month plus an open line between sessions, for founders past $500K who want to move faster.

On client results: I'm building a founding cohort right now, so the named case studies are still being written, with permission, as clients hit their milestones. I'd rather show you the real work I've done and tell you the truth about where the client proof stands than dress up a number. Take the Phase Check, get on a call, and judge the thinking for yourself.
